A Note From Anthony
I've always felt that I had to work as hard as the guy at the top. That competition is what drives me to do bigger and better. The things I care about - my passions - have quantifiable goals, and benchmarks I've set to guide me along the way. Racing against myself, I maintain sight of my next step.
When it comes to business, my approach is the same. My drive to achieve communal goals through the establishment of personal and team benchmarks is a hallmark of what I bring to a team. As a manager, I bring this drive out in others by learning their aspirations and developing the skills needed to reach them. When employees knows they're working towards something they care about, their passion will do the rest.
As I continue the pursuit of my targets, I hope to make a memorable impact by helping others reach theirs.
